-Deposit is required for reservation and it is non refundable however is applied towards the bill. Procedure prior to making any repairs, tech will come out and do a diagnostic (diagnostics are charged per hour) on services that we do if repairs can be fixed within the diagnostic it will be done. If it’s a repair that requires parts that need to be purchased additionally we would find it locally if not will special order and once it arrives tech we will be rescheduled to come out and finish repair if agreed by customer (At that point travel fee will not be charged again.) Warranty for 30 days. if it’s past the 30 days travel fee will be applied at that point.
